The Talk Big Ideas to scale SMEs and Startups, Chennai
The talk had organized its annual high impact event on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, the future of India, in Chennai on 25-Aug, at Feathers Hotel, Chennai.
Startup Xperts was the Knowledge Partner and so Startup Xperts had taken up the task of managing the entrepreneur awards selection process. There were 10 Emerging SME Awards and 3 Women Entrepreneur Awards felicitated by Mr CK Kumaravel, Founder, Naturals, and Ms Anupama Shivaram, Chairperson, FICCI FLO Chennai.
Mr Shyam was part of the Panel Discussion on ‘The Art of Digital’. A very interactive and engaging session, it had insights as to how to approach digital marketing and the do’s and don’ts in doing digital marketing for the SME and Startup businesses.
Entrepreneurship Awareness Program/Talk with EDII
EDII has been spearheading entrepreneurship awareness program across various Government Colleges and Mr Shyam Sekar, Senior Mentor, has been requested to address the students on ‘Steps to become an Entrepreneur and how to build Startup’.
Mr Shyam has been delivering a series of talks every month starting with Govt. Arts College, Nandanam, followed by Bharathi Women’s College and recently at Quaide Milleth Collge, Chennai.

XIME and Mediabytes had organized a coveted Digital Marketing Leadership Summit on 24-Aug 2018 at XIME facility, SIPCOT Industrial Center, Chennai.
The summit’s aim was to bring together MD’s | CEO’s | CMO’s | CXO’s | Content Creators and Marketers | UX / CX Designers | Advertising Heads/Managers | Sales Heads/Managers | Strategy Heads/Managers | Brand Heads/Managers | Public Relation and Communication Heads/Managers | Digital Marketing Professionals | Media Professionals | Academicians | Students | etc. This event had 12 dignitaries from across the country who participated in various panel discussions and are experts in the field of digital marketing.
Mr Shyam Sekar S, Founder of Startup Xperts was invited as a specialist in the field of Digital Marketing, to Moderate a panel discussion on ‘Driving Business Impact with Digital Marketing’. He was also felicitated as ‘Distinguished Digital Leader’ at this Digital Marketing Leadership Summit.
Training Series at EDII on Innovation and Smart Work
EDII had requested Mr Shyam Sekar to deliver a series of orientation session on Adoption of Innovation, for senior professionals – IC and DIC Officers. This was held at TTDC, Mahabalipuram, about 60 kms from Chennai. It started off with sessions on 29-Aug, 05-Sep and many more planned in the coming weeks.
